Service scope
Hands Free provides AI-assisted phone answering, lead capture, call routing, and scheduling features according to the plan and configuration agreed with each customer.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate business information, maintain connected calendars and phone systems, and follow applicable call recording, privacy, and consent laws.
Availability
We work to keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Service limits and support commitments are defined in your order form.
Trials and recurring billing
A valid payment method is required to begin a seven-day trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected plan begins recurring monthly billing on day eight and renews monthly until canceled. Starter is $350 per month, Custom starts at $150 per month, and Platinum is $1,000 per month.
Call limits and usage charges
Starter is limited to 20 completed calls per day and does not include paid overages. Custom includes 20 completed calls per day and adds $2.50 for each additional completed call that day. Platinum includes unlimited completed calls with no per-call overage. A completed call is a call that reaches the AI receptionist and is reported as completed by the connected phone provider; failed and unanswered attempts are excluded.
